This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for refund requests for digital products and services purchased from Let's Code, operated by Avinash Singh. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions.

2Digital Products and Services

Let's Code offers the following digital products and services:
  • Online courses and tutorials
  • eBooks, templates, and software tools
  • Subscription-based services (e.g., premium content, job updates)

3Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product.
  • Technical issues preventing access to the product (e.g., broken links, inaccessible content).
  • Unauthorized purchase (e.g., fraudulent transaction).

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Let's Code.

4Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above conditions:
  • Submit your refund request via email to letscode@lets-code.co.in within 7 days of purchase.
  • Include the following details in your email:
    • Order ID or transaction reference number.
    • Reason for the refund request.
    • Proof of issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:
  • Products or services accessed, downloaded, or used after purchase.
  • Subscription-based services after the subscription period has started.
  • Products purchased during promotional or discounted periods.

6Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate access provided for digital products, cancellations are not allowed after purchase. Once a product is purchased and access is granted, the transaction is considered final.
